Now that you've read the rules for this type of competition we can now move forward into explaining the theme for this event!

The theme for this event is in part due to the changing of seasons from Fall to Winter.
You are going to make a card to fit into the Ice/Snow Archtype to make it more consistent. Remember the card can be anything in the YGO spectrum.

The Sign-up period will end on November 9th and the open voting round will begin on the 11th.

Effect: 2 Level 8 WATER Monsters
You can also Xyz summon this card using a level 3 or 4 WATER Xyz monster you control that has no XYZ material as the material.

This cards attack is 500x the amount of Ice Counters on the field.

Once per Turn: You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card; Place any number of Ice Counters on monsters Face-Up on the field, Up to the amount of WATER monsters in your graveyard.

Once per turn; Remove any amount of ice counters on the field, special summon one WATER monster from your deck with a level equal to the Amount of Ice Counters removed this way.
