The following people will be demoted or promoted i will also note the reason.
I asked the admins if they agree and they told me i could do as i see fit.

These changes will not be permanent if the person proves me wrong.


Reasons why i demoted the people below, after staff evaluation is simple, inactive, not doing a thing, just taking space for those positions or just immature, feel free to post here or PM me if there are complaints.

I demoted myself from teacher your blind Haseo sorry for saying this but your desicion sucks I was the top posted ago did my job equally was really active and this is what I get? No thank you if im going to deal with your crap I might aswell leave.

Isn't the point of evaluations to see how you are NOW? It doesn't matter how good you were before. If we go solely by that then people like me who weren't here before have no chance.

And what exactly did you do since MCA started again, do fill me in on that one.
Also there is no reason to act that way, i made my decisions based on THE NEW MCA not the old one.

I'd just like to voice out my opinion on this one.

I refrained from logging in the chat box because as Haseo said, I'm nice not to do the evaluation stuff

I'm sorry to everyone who thinks I'm an idiot, a bastard or anything because of this but please actually realize that my bad decision skill also caused MCA's decline back in the days.

I don't want to hire staff members because we're friends. I want to hire one because you're efficient and not what you contributed before, we're looking for the HERE, NOW, and in the FUTURE.

I'd like MCA to be a stable academy and thinking that we're friends just morally degrades my respect to anyone who claims themselves as my "Friends".

If your talking about me then no lol. I talked to Haseo we sorted it out I aint a ***** Kai I dont do this cuz where friends =P
